The dreaded HIPs have been suspended

The new government has announced the suspension of Hips, this means that the only requirement for you to sell your property is that the Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) must be ordered prior to Marketing.

This means we can now start marketing your property immediately rather than wait for the EPC to be done saving valuable time. EPC cost on average £55 to £60, we can order theses for you if you wish or you can obtain them yourselves.
